Please read these Terms carefully. They govern your account, payments and all play on ONLYBET.

Privacy-first play

No KYC or identity verification is required to play or withdraw funds.

By creating an account or placing any bet you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Match Settlement: All bets are settled strictly based on the official data provider's final results.
Odds Locking: Odds are locked at the exact moment the bet is confirmed in our database. Future odds fluctuations do not affect pending bets.
Cancellations & Delays: If a match is cancelled, postponed, or shows no official result within 72 hours of the original kick-off time, all pending bets will be voided and the wager automatically refunded to the user's balance.
Result Disputes: The casino's database records and API settlements are final and binding.

Daily Login Bonus: Active registered users may claim a daily credit of $0.10 once per day. The bonus resets daily at 00:00 UTC and is credited to the user's Bonus Balance.
72-Hour Active Playtime Boost: After accumulating 72 hours of active physical browser time (tracked only while the ONLYBET tab is visible and in use), the user may unlock a 1-hour 1.75x multiplier on net profits (example: a $100 bet returning $200 has $100 net profit, boosted to $175, for a $275 total return). The boost applies to eligible games (Baccarat, Slots, Mines, Lucky Cups and the Sportsbook) and only to the profit portion of winning bets.
Deposit Match Bonuses: No promo codes are needed. Your first confirmed deposit (minimum $5) receives a 100% match up to a maximum of $500 in bonus funds. Your second confirmed deposit receives a 20% match up to a maximum of $200. Third and later deposits receive no match bonus. Each match is credited once per account to your Bonus Balance.
Bonus Balance: All promotional funds, including Daily Bonus and Fortune Wheel prizes, go to the Bonus Balance and carry a standard 20x wagering requirement; each new bonus adds 20x its amount to one combined target. Bonus funds are used first on bets, and winnings from bonus-funded bets stay in the Bonus Balance. When the target is met, 100% of the remaining Bonus Balance converts to real, withdrawable cash with no maximum cashout limit. Real Balance funds carry no wagering requirement.

Bug & Exploit Policy: Any abuse of software bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
Automated Play: The use of third-party bots, scripts, or AI to place bets is strictly prohibited.
Crypto Network Delays: The casino is not responsible for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by blockchain network congestion.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher, to open an account.
You may not use ONLYBET where online gambling is illegal. You are solely responsible for complying with local laws.
Accounts opened by minors will be closed and any winnings forfeited.
Each person, household, IP address and payment wallet may hold only one account. Duplicate or linked accounts may be closed, and balances and winnings on them voided.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.

All game results are generated and settled on our servers. Roulette results can be independently verified with our Provably Fair system.
Each game includes a built-in house edge. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. Obvious errors in payouts will be corrected.

ONLYBET Poker is played against house-operated AI opponents. A rake of 5% is deducted from every pot before it is awarded, capped at $3.00 per hand. The rake is retained by ONLYBET.

Bets placed after an event has started, at obviously incorrect odds, or as a result of a system error may be voided and the stake refunded.
Simulated or test transactions created by ONLYBET staff have no monetary value and are never paid out.

How we collect and use your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ONLYBET is licensed. Disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.

Promotional credits are offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
Bonus abuse — including multiple accounts, collusion, low-risk opposite betting, exploiting errors, or using automated tools — is strictly prohibited.
If we detect bonus abuse we may cancel bonuses, void related winnings and close the account.

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Only play with funds you can afford to lose.
You may request a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion by contacting support. We may restrict accounts showing signs of problem gambling.

We may suspend or close any account that breaches these Terms. Where funds are legitimately owed and not connected to a breach, they will be returned after account review.

ONLYBET is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, network delays, blockchain fees or losses caused by third-party wallets or services.

Deposits must be sent on the exact coin and network displayed. Funds sent incorrectly may not be recoverable.
Withdrawals require at least $25 in total confirmed lifetime crypto deposits (for example $5 now and $20 later). The minimum deposit is $5. Promo credits do not count toward this amount.
The minimum withdrawal is $20. All withdrawals are manually reviewed and are paid only to the wallet address you provide; we are not liable for incorrect addresses.
Rejected withdrawals are returned to your account balance.

ONLYBET does not tolerate money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud. Deposits and withdrawals may be monitored for suspicious activity.
Deposits must be made from wallets you control. Using the platform only to move funds without genuine play is prohibited.
We may hold transactions, restrict accounts, report suspicious activity or close accounts where required by law.
